Short answerAI is useful for outlines, alternatives, routine drafts, summaries of approved material, and checklists. A person should verify facts, judge tone and fairness, protect private information, and make decisions involving money, health, employment, legal rights, or relationships.

- An outline based on facts and source material you provide
- Alternative wording that you can compare and edit
Decisions to keep human
- Whether a claim is accurate enough to publish or send
- How a message will affect a colleague, client, or family member
- Whether information is safe and permitted to share
- What to do in a high-stakes or regulated situation
A quick test
Ask: Can I inspect the result? Can I undo a mistake? Am I qualified to judge it? If any answer is no, reduce the tool’s role or do not use it.
